Exporting your Addresses from Outlook 2010 as CSV File

1) Select the File tab and there Open and the Import/Export



2) Next Select "Export to a file" in the Import and Export Wizard



3) Select the Comma Separated Values (Windows) format



4) Select Contacts (or what ever you want) to export



4) Save the file and syncronize this file to your iPad with iTunes



5) Syncronize to iPad with iTunes
